Terms of Use

Scraipt.dev is operated by Scraipt.ai, established in the United Arab Emirates. Using this site or sending a request means these terms apply between you and us.

You describe something you would like built. We read every request and answer every one within 24 hours, whether we take it on or not.

If we take it on, we come back with what we understood and what we would build. Nothing starts until you say that is right.

We are not obliged to take anything on, and deciding not to is not a decision we owe you a reason for beyond the one we give.

Nothing. There is no fee, no invoice and no payment method on this site, and there is no point at which one appears.

Putting a finished thing onto your own systems is separate work, and it is quoted and agreed separately before anything is done.

What we build is yours to use, to change, to pass on and to keep, for as long as you like, without asking us anything further.

We keep what we built as well, and may use it again elsewhere. Anything we reuse carries none of your data, your name, your branding or anything else specific to you.

You are not buying exclusivity, and we do not claim any right over the idea you brought us or over anything you already had.

That you are allowed to ask for what you are asking for, and that anything you send us is yours to send.

That you check what we build before you rely on it. A senior looks at everything before it reaches you, and that is a check rather than a guarantee.

Please do not send us confidential material, credentials, or personal data about other people. We do not need them, and a request is not a secure channel.

A date. Our juniors build these while they are learning. Tell us your deadline and we will say honestly whether we can make it, but we do not commit to one.

That anything we build is free of faults, fit for a particular purpose, or suitable to run unattended. It is provided as it is.

That we will keep working on something indefinitely. We may stop, and if we do we say so and you keep whatever exists at that point.

The work is free and is provided without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from something we built or from this site.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Do not try to break it, overload it, or use the request form to send anything unlawful, abusive, or automated in bulk. We may decline or remove a request without explanation if it is one of those.

We may change these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction.
